1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and BD345 ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the BD345 website, mobile app, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of these Terms occurs automatically when you:

3 Account Registration & Management

Each member is entitled to own one (1) active account only on the BD345 platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, bank account number, or IP address — is prohibited and will result in:

• Closure of all associated accounts without prior notice
• Forfeiture of all cash balances, bonuses and wins in those accounts
• Permanent ban from re-registering on the bd345 platform

During registration, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date. BD345 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or false registration information you provide.

You are solely responsible for:

• A member is found to have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions
• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Member registration details found to be inaccurate or falsified
• A member submits an unauthorized chargeback request to their payment provider
• The member's account has not been used for the specified period (inactive account)

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, BD345 reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance depending on the outcome of an internal investigation. BD345's decision in such matters is final.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the BD345 customer support team via live chat. Any remaining balance after settlement will be returned to the original payment method within the specified timeframe.

9 BD345 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bd345 and its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:
